Richmond Football Club - Member Research

In 2010 and 2011, IER worked with the Richmond Football Club on a study aimed at understanding the perceived value and loyalty drivers associated with the Club’s Member reward and recognition program. The study also assessed Member attitudes toward merchandise items included in the Member renewal packs and the value associated with these items. The findings of the research drove key decision-making concerning the Richmond Football Club membership packages for the 2011 AFL season. IER continues to partner with the Richmond Football Club with ongoing quantitative projects.
