Major Events

IER specialises in evaluating the impact of major events. We partner with event organisers and government entities, focusing on assessing a wide range of events, including sport, arts and cultural, music festivals and business events.

Our approach is centred on partnership. We work closely with our clients to enhance their understanding and provide valuable insights into tourism, economic outcomes, experiential and social impact, community engagement, environmental sustainability, cultural effects as well as marketing and communication strategies.

Moonee Valley City Council respectfully acknowledges the traditional custodians of this land – the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung People of the Kulin Nation, their spirits, ancestors, elders and community members past and present.

The Awabakal and Worimi peoples are acknowledged by City of Newcastle as the Traditional Custodians of the land and waters situated within the Newcastle local government area, including wetlands, rivers creeks and coastal environments.

The City of Perth acknowledges that the Whadjuk Nyoongar people are the Traditional Owners of the land and waters on which Perth City sits today.

Brisbane City Council acknowledges this Country and its Traditional Custodians. We pay our respects to the Elders, those who have passed into the Dreaming; those here today; those of tomorrow.
