Hayley is an Operations Assistant (Field & Project Support) supporting IER’s consulting and research projects. In her role, Hayley helps ensure projects run smoothly by coordinating field staff, managing schedules, overseeing training logistics, and supporting equipment and operational processes.

Before joining IER, Hayley built a strong foundation in recruitment, scheduling and logistics, working in fast-paced environments that demanded a high level of organisation, adaptability and attention to detail.

Hayley values the collaborative nature of her role and enjoys working closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure projects are well supported from start to finish.

Hayley holds a Bachelor of Human Resources Management (Psychology), reflecting her strong interest in people, processes, and understanding how teams can work most effectively together.
